Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Roots account and the associated profile and network data at any time.
In the Roots app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the permanent deletion. This is the fastest way to remove your account.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@roots.build from the email address associated with your Roots account. Use the subject “Roots account deletion request.”
Roots deletes your authentication identity, profile, imported LinkedIn connections, memberships, posts, comments, and uploaded images. Shared communities remain available without your personal profile attached. Roots may retain only information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
