How a Roots room works.
We do not run networking events. We build a room around the people in it, then tell everyone exactly who to find.
Who we prospect
Rooms are built, not opened. We source the invite list against the night's theme: founders with real traction, operators who have scaled inside that industry, investors who actually write checks here, and the specific customers and talent those founders are trying to reach.
The goal
One useful connection beats a night of small talk. Everyone should leave with a name they would not have gotten to on their own — a customer, a co-founder, a first hire, a check, or an operator who has already solved the problem.
